I'm actually a pretty light sleeper and sensitive to the temperature of the room (I feel pretty comfortable when my room is 68-70 degrees), so I always sleep shirtless. If I ever get cold I just get another blanket. Plus I feel constricted having a shirt on while rolling around in bed, so I only wear underwear (or sometimes sleep naked :P).
