No. The Counselor face was discontinued. I think the Mods pretty much managed that position well enough by themselves.

Yes, Current admins have the admin face; retired admins have the retired admin face.

The counselor rank has long been removed, therefore no user has it. The last person to have it I believe was AutumnDae.
