I got three thick bracelets so that when i get the blade tomorrow i can have something to hide them with. Im going to stop cutting my arm and move to my wrist, not suicidal, gonna cut on the sides and back, but it feels like im getting myself ready for disaster, which is true, but is it paranoid to think that after i wear my bracelets for a long time that ppl will think im hiding something or do you think theyll just think im into big chunk bracelets all of a sudden??

I'm pretty sure that if you don't make a big deal out of the bracelets, nobody will say anything. If you have trouble, just say that you like wearing bracelets. Even though your hiding the scars, you're still cutting. I don't know if you are trying to quit or not, but we are here for you, if you want to talk about it.

I shouldn't think anyone would say anything, I wear bracelets all the time, I don't cut my wrists anymore but I hide the scars with them, and I've never had it mentioned. Once I got told to take them off in school, but they don't ask anymore.
But please think twice before you start cutting again, you should know by now if it's been two years that cutting doesn't actually solve anything, and that it's s horrible thing to go through. Just please think about trying to stop.

Lots of people wear thick bracelets nowadays, it kind of a fashion thing, so you will probably get away with it. but, since you are planning in advance (i know thats something a lot ofg us do, and i do it myself so im not judging you) id say that means you are in a better position to try and avoid it. You know how sometimes, its in the heat of the moment, and sometimes its cos you plan it? why dont you try and put it off for a while? try and see how long you can manage without doing it this time. you could get some ribbon, or some thread, and make yourself a plaited bracelet for every week you manage to put it off, and when you see them on your wrists you can remember how good you are doing? just a suggestion, and it might help?

Urmmm. I would HIGHLY suggest you think about what your doing. Cutting yourself isnt the answer, only leaving scars to remind you. Getting wrist bands isnt going to hide them forever, soon enough you will want to take them off. I know that right now, you wont be thinking about what your doing, you will just be thinking about cutting. Also, cutting your wrists is a big chance you are taking, it just takes that extra bit of pressure and you changes wear thin. Im not condoning self harming but, if you are going to self harm, keep it away from your wrists. You said your not suicidal, so you dont need to do it on your wrists, please hun, dont cut your wrists.
Im here if you need anything.
EDIT>>
I do understand what its like hun, but I know you can be strong ok? (:

I'm pretty sure they would think you're hiding something. That is also very suspicious.

I personaly dont think anyone will say anything if you start wearing big bracelets, alot of people do, so its unlikley they they will say anything to you about it.
But I'd seriously consider thinking about what your going to do, especilay near your wrists, it only takes one little slip to cut in the wrong place. I know its hard and the urges are really strong sometimes, but you said yourself that your not suicidal, so why risk cutting in that area.
As Charlie said, I dont condone you cutting but if you really have to keep it away from your wrists.
You need to stay strong and keep fighting the urges, you have everyone support on here and help.
Dont give up

I think that bracelets are very common now a days so you wont get caught out from them. But what i would say is that you will get bored of wearing them/ or forget one day. Please, im begging you dont cut your wrists.. Its the worst place. The most obvious, and if your not suicidal why take the chance?
I agree with everyone else, you should really think about trying to stop.
Im here if you want to talk xx

As everyone has already said, I dont think anyone will notice the sudden change. They may comment in the bracelets, but its only because their jelouse and LOVE THEM :hug3:
If anyone asks just tell 'em that you saw them and liked them, so you brought them.
However, I really do suggest you think about what your doing here, I'm sure your well aware that cutting is not good, and you should really try to stop this. Have you tried anything, distraction techniques or talking to someone, anyone even a close friend?
Were all here to support you hun, so if you ever need someone you know where to turn
