Does anyone have any personal information about this line of work? I want to be an aeronautical engineer, but I want to find out what others thing about it. I already have lots of information about it from career fairs, college visits, etc. but I'd like a more personal example of what it's like.

Thanks :D

I am also somewhat interested in this. I am joining the Navy (hopefully going to be accepted to the Naval Academy) and this is one of my interests. It's basically the technology of making planes fly, etc. You are gonna have to do a lot of math and physics in that line of work.

Hey, good luck with the Naval Academy! I've been thinking for a long time about trying for the Air Force Academy as well, but I'm not 100% sure that I want to go down that path yet..

And yeah, bring on the physics lol. Hopefully I'll be accepted to Embry Riddle, those are my top 2 college choices (AZ and FL)

I'm extremely interested in aeronautical engineering... its been my dream job since I was like 5. The only advice I'd have though is to do good in science and math and as far as colleges go I've heard REALLY good things about Embry Riddle.

Yeah, ER is supposed to be the top aerospace school in the country. Although, only 2 that I know of offer aeronautical degrees, so I'd have to go to either Prescott AZ or Daytona FL
