Lately every time I eat, I feel like I need to throw up. It doesn't matter what I eat or how much, I always feel really sick afterwards. This has been happening almost every day for the past few months. I stopped eating lunch at school because I'm always afraid that I'll get sick. Can it be allergies or something, or do you think it could be something more serious?

Along with not being able to eat, every time I try to wrok out or exercise or something strenuous, I feel like I'm gonna pass out. It didn't used to be bad, but now I can't even get out of bed without having to steady myself.

I think it's really bad to be happening now because I'm already really thin as it is (I'm 16 years old and 114lbs). If I keep stopping myself from eating, I don't know what'll happen to me, but I don't know what to do..

Have you talked to a doctor? That doesn't seem alright to me. Every single thing you eat, you stomach hurts? I would go see someone about that.

About the exercising thing, that might be something completely different. It's not unusual to feel tired, or run out after you work out/exercise.

Not every single time, but almost every day when I eat something. I eat breakfast and I feel like I'm about to throw up until about halfway through school. And by that time, it's time for lunch, so I end up feeling sick until about 4 in the afternoon. I get maybe an hour break, and then it's time for dinner, so I feel sick again until it's time for bed.

And for exercising, it's not just me feeling tired. It's like I can't do it. I used to be able to, but now I can't even do the same stuff. I used to be able to run 4 miles in about 30 minutes, now I'm lucky if I get 2. And I always feel like I'm gonna fall down or pass out.
