I am having pain in both of my testicles. I have felt this a day after we did 50 crunches and when i got slightly hit in my testicles by a friend. Until now, 2 days after the exercise, the pain have not subsided. Is this normal? Will the pain just subside?

Eh, It really shouldn't be hurting for that by now, it should have been going away. More than likely you could be having some growing pains down there. But if it gets bad or doesn't go away soon you should probably see a doctor.

You might have strained yourself when you were exercising. Like when you were trying to pull yourself up you might have done something to make you hurt yourself.
What I would do is wait until tomorrow to see if the pain subsides. If not, I'd try to get everything checked out to make sure there isn't any serious damage.

Does masturbation have a relation with making the pain worse? How will i approach the doctor? I am still 14 and i am quite shy of opening it up...

If you think the pain started after being hit in the balls (not recommended) by your friend then just give it time. If he hit it hard enough to bruise it, then it might take quite a few days to get better.
If youn think the pain started during or after the exercise, then you should seek some medical attention if it persists. Testicles are very mobile in teens and it is quite easy to twist one or some of the vessels that lead to them. This is relatively straight forward to fix but can cause permanent damage if not corrected, and soon.
