Just leave em alone, they are where they are for a reason, the move up to your body to get warm and hang low to cool off, and one hangs lower than the other so that you aren't constantly smashing them together. So yeah, you wouldn't want to mess with the system. :D

When your body is warm your testicles hang lower, when cold they pull close to your body to get as much heat as they can to keep semen at the appropriate temperature.
