Alright I looked it up. There is no age limit anywhere. Kids do get carded, only because certain adults at the stores dont approve and think they can just not let you buy them. You are allowed to buy them, there is no law preventing it.

I don't think they ask for ID's not if they don't want another teenage mother... you can ask an older friend or brother if not, cause I'm not too sure how things work on your state.

If they card you, just sya you are allowed to buy them and either go to another cashier or ask for the manager. There is no law anywhere saying that teens cant buy condoms. IF it is too difficult to get htem, Im sure hospitals or clinics will give them away as well.

Not to regurgitate what's already been said but-Here's a simple step by step guide to getting some condoms :P:
1) Get some moneys.
2) Go to a store that sells condoms.
3) Find condoms for your size(normal or w/e usually fits most)
4) Proceed to buy condoms.
5) If the clerk is a complete douche and won't sell them, reffer to step 2.

It's actually quite simple.. Or you can always go to the local health clinic. They give 'em out for free.

It does not matter how old you are to buy condoms. Imagine if a 13 year old boy walked into a shop and tryed to buy a box of condoms, and they didnt sell them to him because he was too young, and then he went out and had sex anyway... An underage pregnacy would occur and lives would be ruined. So just go buy some condoms, because there is no age limit.
