Yeah it is really common here. I don't see anything wrong with the tops of the underwear showing but when the pants are around the knees and guys can't even walk then yeah it is a little ridiculous

Some people just look retarded when they do that, and then I have the biggest urge to punch the shit out of them, but, I don't. I don't hate the look overall though. Some guys or girls look good when they sag. I rarely sag my self, but just to fix up my pants a bit.

Wearing low cut jeans to reveal a bit more eg when your shirtless can be very hot, but I think sagging has evolved to where the point is totally lost.

A lot of saggers I see go to stupid lengths to a) wear their jeans unfesasibly low AND b) make sure they dont actually show anything off by wearing layers underneath. Sagging to show your PJs or your pokemon boxers really just looks lame, guys.

If you want to show your bum off by sagging why not just wear your jeans up so we can see it, it would work better and you wouldn't have to do the duck walk (lol @LingeringLove). If you are ok with the world seeing your boxers, you can't be that shy so better yet wear skinnies and let us have a proper look at you.

Sagging = fashion crime.

Sagging is a tad repulsive in my opinion. People who do that are obviously trying too hard to look "cool" and should just stick to the normal fashion guidelines :D But that's just my opinion :D

I only slightly sag with a certain pair of jeans cause it looks right. Pretty much no one sags to the point where it's at their knees anymore where I live. I sag everyday because I don't want my pants up to my belly button, but it's not extreme or anything. It's reasonable.

Pants have something called a waistband. Dur, it's not meant to go around your thighs.

Any amount of this is completely unnattractive. I can't imagine why anyone would find it attractive, unless you have a Mickey Mouse boxer fetish or something.
