cant stop picking at my fingers

i dont know where this would go but anyway i cant seem to stop picking at my fingers like the area next to my finger nails on my left thumb and sumtimes my right thumb and they are realy starting to hurt and become raw they even bleed a few times and i cant stop :confused:

I do the exact same thing. Just the skin around the nails and sometimes the rest of the finger.

Best thing to do is to talk to a professional. You can get therapy to stop the urges if you'd like to work on stopping :) I know what it's like. My fingers are a mess :/
