This is in the right spot this time

just say if I have songs mixed around up of 128Kbps, 160Kbps etc, Anyway to make all the 160Kbps, 190 etc into 128Kbps

If you have any decent stereo then you would realize that 128 sounds like shit and 192 is minimum for good quality.

Yeah but CD's are 128kpbs, Ive download alot of songs to make up albums, and I want the albums to sound the same as it would when bought, but all my files are all different Kbps so, the album changes volume and shit when songs change

CD's also use the CDA format which is lossless compared to MP3 which is a lossy format.

Lol, klkl, cheers for explaining Andy. And yeh, its kinda pointless but if you want to save on disk space then it might be a good idea.

Actually you can fit on average 4 CDs at 320kbps in mp3 format on a CD, that's about 4x as much as CDA, so I'm assuming CDA is at least 1000kbps. MP3 format works by removing inaudible sound data from the tracks, and once you get into poor quality MP3 it removes barely audible sounds, CDA has every sound, audible or not. 320kbps MP3 sounds as good as the original because it only removes the inaudible, if you were to convert them to 128kbps MP3, or any format, they would sound like shit.
