View Full Version : Can't eat...
Nevermore

So I have been eating less than normal. When I try to eat I feel so sick, so nausious. When I exercise I feel dizzy. If I could imagine myself on drugs, it would be like that. Spacey, feeling good, at the same time feeling sick. I've been exercising a lot lately. I just don't know what to do. Even my appetite is down. For example, I used to be able to eat 1 serving of salad, no it's less than half of that. I feel awful, I jsut want to eat, and not feel sick. I don't know what to do. I want to exercise and feel happy and not spacey or tired or even dizzy.

You need to go to the hospital. Its most likely lack of key nutrients, and a lack of necessary fats. How much do you eat on average, if you dont mind me asking?

You need to go see a doctor. That isn't right. You shouldn't feel dizzy when you try to eat.

I just noticed this thread. I made one just like this a couple of minutes ago. I have the same problems that you do. Every time I eat I feel like I'm going to get sick and I can't do any type of workout or anything without feeling like I'm about to pass out..

Your stomach is shrinking, and you're not getting enough calories/nutrients to function properly, hence the passing out.
Im amazed you're still able to walk even, this is really bad. You need to eat, a fair bit more than that. You need food. Eat properly, you dont need to lose the little weight you have- I dont even know if you have the weight you can lose.
Please, try eating properly.

I've felt dizzy and tired, and nausious these past two days. I think your right Rebecka, it's probably from myself not eating right. I'm going to attempt to try to eat better then I've been today. Thank you.
