I have 57 kg and 174 m.The thing is that i love sports and am good at them but i don't feel this body represents who i am.My question is what could be a good diet to take so i can have a healthy weight and some exercises to increase my muscles?

Well if you want to gain weight, all I can say is just exercise and workout. Gain muscle, it's better than fat. But mostly, don't try to change yourself to look like everyone else, just be who you are. If you don't feel your body doesn't fit your standards, just try to workout and get the muscle.

I have a similar problem to yours. I eat all the time and I'm active in sports, but I'm always losing weight. I don't know what to do. I eat so much and work out, but I'm not gaining any weight.
And lately I've been feeling really sick every time I eat anything, so I haven't been eating much anyways. It's starting to scare me.. If I lost weight eating and working out all the time, what's ging to happen now that I'm not eating and I stopped working out? :what:

Good to know there are people worried about being thin :D rather that wanting to burn some kg.I am still waiting some ancient piece of wisdom to help me out so any help is welcome.
Edit: No i am not doing this for my social image,i hate cloned wannabe teenagers,i just want to do this for myself
