inb4 yearly game. DICE has been working on Batlefield 3 for like the past five years, waiting till their Frostbite enginge was good enough to put it all together. That's why they did Bad Company 1 & 2. Frosbite 2 is the engine now. Even though I'm a consolefag, I'm pumped, even though we'll have a watered down version that won't have 64 players since the 360 is holding back options by not having Blu-Ray since Blu-Ray discs have much more space than what we use now. I'm a 360fag before someone starts calling me a fanboy or some shit. It's the truth.

I'll wait and see what it looks like, i'm not the biggest fan of online games but they're good fun if you have some friends or non noob players. I also had a problem with DICE game's because I can never get the visual settings to perfection which I get very OCD over in games.

I don't think Blu-ray would be a factor to the lack of players, is it not more to do with just the network? But then again MAG handles 250 players quite well and it's on Blu-ray.

Man I can't describe how epic it will be.
It will be both a mix of Black Ops ( by Black Ops I mean the ambience, like all those dark ops, intelligence stuff ) and hardcore military action ( including major streetfights, deadly CQBs, tanks and all )

Although I buy FPSs for PS3s, I bought BC2 for PC and I was happy about it, I'll guess I'll be buying any FPS for PC from now on ( excluding CoD )

On the broader scale they are the exact same thing, online shooters, which the guy origionally said they were nothing alike.

Well if you want to put it like that they are both PC games, but no because i'm talking about how narrow the difference is between between COD and Battlefield games which everyone goes either one is better. In reality Battlefield is bigger and COD is smaller with annoying players, in general they're the only differences on the broader scale of things.
