So my mum recently got promoted to part time...
and on her work nights, she gets drunk, stays up till 4am, she waits for her boyfriend to come over, and once he came over at 5am :confused: seriously, she starts work at like 10am everyday, and you cant just keep that going, and one time she did not go to work cos she was tired :what: everyone is tired when they have to go to work

Thats not true really, im not normally tired before work, just depends on your situation.. i have avo starts so im sweet :P

But to be honest.. drinking till 4am most nights.. specially before work.. suggests she may have a bit of a problem.. im not sure on ur relationship with her.. and all that, but i dont think things can continue the way they are.
Most employers dont really appreciate people coming in drunk/hungover and not turning up cause they are tired.. once in a while may be ok, but frequently is a no go.

Id suggest talking to her about it.. asking whats the deal with it, could be due to stress or something like that but yea i dont know her at all, so cant really say.
You may know something that could be bothering her, or making her do that.. or that could .. be her.. she may have been like that from day one.
