Yes, I do. However it also can be triggerous for me to see or feel them.

yeah sometimes, or I do it and end up getting triggered. Depends on my mood at the time.

As everyone said it's completely normal, I do it all the time that or press down really hard but sometimes it ends up bring triggering.

Yes. When I used to cut, I would rub, lick, scratch. Brings back bad memories.

I sometimes look at mine.
Sometimes it helps other times it triggers me, as has been said completely normal and nothing you should worry about :)

I do all the time. I've been cutting free for about a week now and it's almost like a reminder not to do it once I rub my fingers across it. I want more than anything to be able to wear short sleeve shirts and tank tops again like I used too, so rubbing it makes me want to do it less.

i do, i try not to though. like a lot of people said, it can be triggering. i find that if i have managed to stop for a while, and my scars are not as recent, and start to fade even slightly, im less likely to cut. once ive ruined it and theres recent cuts, i care a lot less about trying to stop myself. kind of like 'oh well my arms are a state again so whats the point...'
