When I sit down I can feel this like sort of shape about the size of a bb. I eat alot of tOmatoes and I can only feel it while sitting. It's only on my left testicle. I really doubt this is cancer and 2 of my friends said they had it too.
More detail: it's not really connected to my testicle, I dO not wanna go to the doctors either. Ive never had pain down there unless I got hit there. It just feels weird

I know you don't want to - but you need to seek medical advice. Its embarrassing and nerve racking I know - Ive been through it with Parents in the room with the doctor. But theres nothing to be scared of. If you leave it later and it gets worse - it will cause alot more problems. If its looked at earlier it may be nothing or be treated before it gets any worse. Just be strong.
Any pain in the testicles need to be cheaked by a doctor - it is a serious issue to have any type of pain there. Its best to be safe rather then sorry.
Let me know if you need any advice on your problem - always willing to help :)

If the lump is hard and/or painful then you should see a doctor as soon as possible. It may not be anything but if it is you need to get it sorted soon. If it is a soft lump then most likely it is the collection of blood vessels and tubules that support and drain the testicle. You should be able to feel this on both testicles although this can be difficult to do. You may need to put some pressure on the testicle and be able to role it around between your fingers, so be somewhere warm when you try. If you cannot locate an equivalent lump on the other testicle, then there is a chance that it could be a variocele (google it) which is an enlarging of these tubules. There is no iminent danger from this but it can lead to a greater risk of twisted testicles, especially if you play an active sport.
I don't understand the reference to tomatoes, unless you are referring to their reported ability to protect against testicular cancer?

Dude I would get it checked could be something or nothing. I had this once when I was a little younger turned out to be a small hernia so I would go to the doc and get checked. Not sure where you live but here if I am not comfortable w/ the parents in there I can have the doc ask them to leave during the exam & that is what I do.
Good luck!!
