Just wondering why my signature never shows up?

Do you have the box "Show Your Signature" checked?

In the Quick Reply it's on the bottom right and Under "Miscellaneous Options" On the Advanced Reply

Sigs don't always appear immediately. Give it some time, and check again.

You had signatures turned off globally in your options. Should be fixed now.
