Well you are 13 so having a major hormone surge which plays with your mind and emotions. Looking at other dicks is partly just being curious and partly about reassurance and self image, but becuase of the puberty thing the images may still make you horny but that doesn't mean that you are gay. Guys are very visually stimulated. If you want to have sex with a guy as part of a committed relationship then you could be gay. If not you are just a pubertal teen = horn monster.
