Small bumps all over penis

Hi i have lots of little hard bumps all over the foreskin and underside of my penis they are hard and get bigger/more obvious when errect its not an std as ive not had sex but is this normal, they look ugly :( will they go away ?what are they?

It may just be hair that is starting to grow... The bumps represent where the pubic hairs are going to come out through.

Go to the doctors and get it checked out. Could be nothing but at least you will know.
