my girlfriend keeps cutting her self and i tried everything to stop her

For a start, don't try and stop her, don't take away blades or other things she could hurt herself with (unless she asks you to) and don't shout or get angry when she self harms. She needs to know that you're there for her, no matter what she does, let her know that you will support her and be there for her, tell her she can call you if she feels like cutting, but don't pressure her into it.
The best thing you can do is just to be there for her, Good luck.

I wouldnt put pressure on her to stop, maybe ask her to not do it as much?
But at the end of the day its her choice what she does to her body,
and if she wants to stop she will let you know. Yoou just need to let her know that you are always there to talk about anything if she needs to and that you will help her through this. Be supportive :)

Just let her know that you are going to be supportive of her and that you will be there for her if she needs somoene.

Just be supportive of her. Understand what her problems are. Don't force her to quit, but really be a guide for her.

Let her vent to you. Try and find why she cuts, like what upsets her and what the problems are in her life that cause her to cut. Allow her to use you as a distraction, like tell her to ring you or text you when she wants to cut. Just show her you care.

As others said, don't pressure her to stop because this will only make her feel worse. Telling her you don't like her doing it because you care about her however, may be helpful. Maybe you could ask her what she wants to do about it? Ask her if she wants to get professional help. If she does want to get professional help then maybe you can help her do this :)
