What is yours and why.

Rock would be the broad genre. I like ALL kinds of rock. I also like heavymetal, I get into the real screaming stuff, loud drums. I guess I like some "emo/screamo" stuff, dont really know what to call it. Punk is okay, but I really couldnt care less about politics and the government, so I dont really like to listen to stuff all about anarchy and things like that.

you should have had an alternative option...or an "other" option...cuz I lke Alternative...but other rock is good too

The Beatles, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, they're all good. I would've chosen classical as second, and electronic as third, gotta love Aphex Twin and Manitoba.

Mine would have to be Metal, B/c it reminds me of when I was younger. My older brother used to take me with him some Saturday nights when he went to hang out with his friends when he was a teenager.
