Another failure..

I just want to say sorry guys,
I cut last night lots..
After 8 days cut free. This is a never ending cycle.

Im fed up of kidding myself, i know i cant beat this.
Please all keep going and sorry for this pointless post :(

don't apologise, never apologise. Just because you slipped up doesn't make you a failure, it happens to a lot of people.

You can beat this, no matter what you think and tell yourself, everyone can get through it if they put their minds to it and try.

It is a cycle, yes. But it's not never ending, it can always be broken. You're getting help now, and they won't make you stop suddenly. They know how hard it is, and they'll try and get you to stop slowly, taking it day by day.

I'm sorry to hear that you cut, but you don't need to apologize all of us here know and understand how difficult it is. But 8 days was a real achievement, you can do this again. You just have to try. You dont need to appologise, you just slipped up, we've all done it.
It might feel like a never ending cycle, but it doesnt have to be, you and break it, you are strong enough to do it.
And 8 days is really good, you can get there again and go more

it's hard to quit, but it's not impossible. take it one day at a time. if you made to 8 days without cutting, make your goal 9. if you make it to 9 days, make your goal 10. and keep doin that. you can quit. dont apologise. we've all messed up before. just keep goin.
