Not exactly the same situation but similar but yeah it can be like the hottest thing ever!!! Once one of the hottest guys in existence (well I think so anyway) was getting changed beside me and got completely naked and I was aswell and then he started having a conversation with me and stopped getting changed since we were having the convo (needless to stay I tried to keep the convo going for a long time, didnt work that well but still :P ). Unfortunately, we dont like in a homophobic-free world so you do need to be careful as I have once seen someone get a serious kicking when another guy thought he was checking out his stuff.

I used to have sport at school once a week, and all the guys got changed, most people try to discretely cover themselves when they take there shorts of, as in they might cover themselves with the shorts they ar changing into, or just put them on very quickly.

Most guys i dare say will have a look around, theres nothing wrong with it, just our nature. I do, i might occasionaly have a look around, see who is in there underwear, and have a bit of a stare haha. I have always been comfortble getting changed in front of others, i dont get naked because there is no need to and no one does, bu i will comfortably stand in my undies in front of 20-25 people, never bothers me.

i don't think it's hot but like others, we dress out for PE class, but we have to take showers after class, so if someone thought boxers were hot, if they wait until shower time, they could see what they/I have under the bulge.

I swear it seems like my school system is the only one that requires showers after gym class and we had to do it starting in 6th grade! In middle school, it's 7th to 9th, I'm in 7th btw, so it's definitely different with bigger older guys around. In 6th grade it was just the 6th graders, but now it's 3 years worth of guys in every possible phase of development. It's pretty funny some times actually.
