Ok im confused. I know cut and uncut penises look different when they're flaccid, but do they look any different when they're hard? Cuz a friend of mine is uncut right, and he says that his penis looks the same when erect and when soft; and that he never sees his head when hard. Is this true? Do uncut people do or don't see their head when erect? Thx!

some uncut people will see their heads (i.e their foreskin goes back) and other will not (i.e their skin stays in place)

some uncut people can't retract their foreskin when hard but can do it when soft. everyone is different.

Some peoples skin stays over the head when hard. A way you can get it to go below the head is to pull it back sometimes. This may hurt some uncut people though. I hope this helps you

It's going to depend upon how much foreskin you have and the amount of extension of the penis when hard. The amount of foreskin doesn't change when you are hard. The more the penis extends the greater the degree of retraction of the foreskin. In some people, your friend included, this is not enough to expose the head. in others, it will be enough to expose the whole head, with everybody else somewhere in the middle as usual. In addition the action of wanking will tend to further retract the foreskin although some people may never expose their head during this process but can generally do so manually when they need such as for washing.

Im uncut... but it depends on how much foreskin you have and how big your penis gets when its hard... i have a somewhate large amount of foreskin and my penis is kinda short (5'') so my foreskin even when erect still hands and covers the entire head, i have to pull it back

It varies, some guys foreskins will retract automatically when they are erect, while others will need to ease it back manually to expose the glans. It can vary even for an individual person depending just how horny he is. All uncut guys should be able to fully retract their foreskin by the end of puberty, this is important both for cleanliness and for correct use of condoms.

I'm uncut and when I get hard my foreskin goes down about half way and the head is out the other half

i think before puberty, when the penis hasn't started growing, the foreskin covers the whole head. then, when the penis starts to grow, the foreskin doesn't, so the head is revealed.
