Your young and have been together for 3 months. You might feel strongly for her, but your not in love. If you really want to say it, go for it, but chances are she doesn't love you either. At this age, it's way more about being independent, going out, having a blast. Just have fun with it, enjoy it while you can, because chances are it wont last forever.
