No, we are not paid money. It's voluntary.

And you need to build up a good and helpful reputation on whatever site, and then apply when they ask for applications.

No they are not. Moderators are just normal members, who volunteer their time to help the site.

If you want to be a moderator, you should read this.

Asking for a position doesn't help, just wait for myself or another administrator to post an application for you to fill out and send to us. We are not paid, we simply volunteer our time, if you have questions PM me.

No.
By being a good poster, and asking whe the job is offered.

Haha I probably wouldn't of resigned from being staff if we were paid!

It would be a tad hard for the site to wire money all over the world so no, they don't get paid. Plus, if they were being paid it would seem like they only cared about the money instead of actually helping people, which is not true.

Applications are usually posted in VT Volunteer Job Openings forum thing. But yeah just keep a look out, eh.

Basically, what I just said is almost exactly the same to what everyone else said.
