O M G windows movie maker is SHIT

GRRRR I am pissed!
I just finished recording all this stuff in BF2. I sorted all the files named them.
So them I open windows movie maker Import ALL the files, this takes like 20 minutes by itself. I make sure to save every now and then. So I am just about finished, then it freezes. I think ok I will just open my saved one. Its fucking corrupt!! Then I start the WHOLE thing over again. This takes like 45 minutes. Then it freezes again! So I thought ok my saved ones MUST work this time. But of course they don't!!

So I just quit. I might try again later.

So do you guys recommend any other FREE video editing programs.

Well....
Almost any program be aquired for "free".
But anyway what are the specs of your comp, ram, processor, hard drive, ect
Also you need to keep in mind that when you record a video with fraps(i assume this is wat u are using), it records it uncompressed as an avi. That is why they are taking so long to upload into windows movie maker.

I GB of ram amd 3200 Proc 60 GB hardrive.
I know it saves it as an AVI. Its huge because the resolution is the same as in my game, very high.
Its not that its taking long to upload its that windows movie maker fucking freezes when I am almost done.

Well if it is freezing/crashing randomly, then it could be a memory fault.

Jesus fucking christ.
I finally did finish it and guess what.
The audio fucking cuts out not even half way through the movie!
So I do it again and save it. It does the same thing only sooner!

Uh hum... yes you could play games on a mac. Get one, then put something called BootCamp on it, this will allow you to install windows on a mac. The only bad thing is that macs are fucking expensive.

Its not that windows sucks, its just that this program sucks. I would use another one but they are fucking expensive and I don't feel like pirating any of them.

I believe that Windows Movie Maker is very easy to use and very good quality. It works fine and gets the job done.
