If you are using a condom you should fully retract your foreskin before putting it on and your foreskin will then be held back by the condom while you are having sex. Without the condom, to be honest I cant say I've stopped to think whether my foreskin is moving the same way it does during masturbation and I very much doubt if the girl would think a lot about it either.

Your partner is not going to be able to feel the difference and the deeper the vaginal penetration the less the stimulation. Without a condom your foreskin will retract just like when masturbating only more so because of the thrusting action. With a condom, you must retract before you put it on like Nick said otherwise the motion of the foreskin can push the condom off.
