Is it possible to see who gives rep, good or bad?

I believe its an option that vbulletin would support but which is disabled here on VT. Lots of people sign +rep comments by including their username but people are less keen to sign -rep.

Its disabled mainly to discourage people from doing tit-for-tat -rep.

Another reason why you can't see the person who gave you rep ( negative rep, at least ) is to protect the general condition of VT and to prevent rivalries, etc.

Staff can, members cant. At least thats how i believe the perms are set.
