Good RTS's?

I'm looking for a game that's worth the time. What are some good RTS's besides the DoW series? Age of Empires and Total War sound good, but are there any other unbeknown to me?

Starcraft & Starcraft II are also /really/ good.

Include the CnC series, although don't venture on its latest release. Trust me, it's horrifying.

This game is diamonds. Yes, it may be old, but it kicks amazing amounts of ass.

Man, anything made by Westwood department of Electronic Arts is pretty good.

CnC: Red Alert and Generals are outdated, but they are really good games.

Dune series by Westwood studios are really awesome. Highly recommended.
