The link is to the BMI site where you can determine your characteristics to see what your weight type is.

BMI Calculator for Children and Teens (http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx)

Being 5'8" weighing at 170, I just found out that I have a healthy weight in the Children and Teens section. Age from 2-19. I weighed myself wrong in the adult section which is age 20+

HI,

Now you should know how much weight you need to lose. Beside your waistline, you should also measure bust/chest, hips, and thighs.. This gives you an indication how your body is changing. As you lose fat you may not lose weight for a while. Your body will become toned as you exercise. The weight scale does not always tell you that your body is changing and losing weight.

Thank you....
