So I haven't been on this site for a while. I thought that it was doing more bad that good tbh. But now I need to talk.

I am 5"9' and I weigh 161lb
I know that I am fat so I don't need conformation!

Today I was at home for the day because I had a really bad headache. I had a science practical exam so I had to go into school but only for one lesson. So, I got up at about 10 ish and I went in the shower. It was normal until I looked down and I just felt "sick" (You know not really but it wasn't very pleasant). Then I just started to criticize myself. I got out the shower, shoved my fingers down my throat and I made myself sick.
It was so weird.
But you see the problem is that I didn't mind it. I think I had a "binge" before. (So I went downstairs before I had the shower!) And I think that I can do it again. I have found a way of eating whatever I want and knowing that it wont effect my weight.

So, I don't know what I want from this. Just for me to understand better I suppose? :) x

How long have you had a problem with binge eating? I really don't think based on your height and weight, that you are fat. I think it's more of a mental problem with you. I really want to help you, and I hope you understand that this isn't healthy.

I haven't really.
If I over eat I just play sports to burn it off. Today was different. It was weird?
I know that it isn't healthy but I didn't not like it x

Hey there hun, welcome back. :)
Firstly, you will not loose weight by purging, because very rarely will you get everything up. The moment that food hits your mouth, it starts dissolving those calories, so don't rely on purging to loose weight. Purging is the worst way to loose weight, you are more likely to gain.
I'm not going to go on a lecture about how to loose weight properly, but Bulimia is a very dangerous disorder. It can lead to a ruptured throat/stomach, heart attacks, liver/kidney failure, dehydration (which can lead to more serious troubles), and a lot of other things.
When someone purges, the endorphines kick in and they feel great. Then, after it goes, they feel crap. It's a downward spiral you don't want to get into, because pretty soon (at least for me) anytime your brain thinks 'you overate.' the immediate reaction is to get it out. If you can't, you feel terrible.
I have even done it in places like a public bathroom, and trust me, that is disgusting. Don't get yourself into this, it's worse for you in the long run my dear.
If you want to talk, feel free to PM me. :)

Purging only gets rid of a very small amount of calories from your food. It is not a way to eat what you want and still not put on weight, it's a way to eat what you want and end up with no weight loss as well as health problems too.

I suggest you stop this now before it's too late. Eating disorders are a horrible cycle that take over your life. If you try and stop now it'll be easier than at any point in the future. Your best bet is to stop now before it gets harder.

If this is the first time you've done it, stop now. It'll only get worse.
You won't lose weight. You might do at first, but then you'll get to a point where the second food hits your stomach, no matter how quickly you purge, the calories will be absorbed, because your body doesn't know when it will get it's next proper meal, so it preserves everything it can.

You don't need me to tell you the health risks of purging, they're pretty obvious.

You're not overweight at all, but if you really want to lose weight, do it healthily. You're not in deep enough for that to be a problem. So maybe instead of eating fatty foods, stick to fruits and vegetables, as long as you eat enough. Regular exercise will help as well.

If you never purge again, you'll be fine. But carrying on with this will lead to nasty concequences.

Good luck hun, PM me anytime. :hug3:

yeah as above there are plently of people telling you not to do it.
But YOUR the one that has to realise your not gonna get anywhere by throwing up.
I don't need to tell you what purging does to your body because above have told you.

TECHNICALLY...you won't care about my story.
But if i had a chance for some one to tell me to stop being so god daym stupid and stop 3 years ago.
I would not be living with the shit i deal with today.
So please stop while you get an easy way out. :( xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you everyone. I know that it is a bad thing to do and I shouldn't do it.
I suppose it was just weird and I was just a bit shocked.
Thank you :) xxx

Don't do it.
Repeatedly making yourself sick is worse than being fat, and you can lose weight another way if you need to.
