Bah, there have been quite a few. Not really in recent times, but there have been a handful of them.

I don't think it's right to hate someone over something they really have no control of, or they can't change. i.e. race, religion, in this case sexual orientation.

What's 'okay' is an opinion. I don't believe in people who try and push their own moral values on other people. It happens too much in this country.

So, to answer the OP, yes, I believe homosexuality is 'okay'.

Homosexuality should not have to be tolerated, any more than I have to tolerate someone having two ears or a preferance for chocolate cake.

The only reason this question can even be asked is because of the artificial standards imposed by generations of brainwashed sheep.

In ancient Greece, homosexuality wasn't considered a social identifier as it is today - in fact, "tolerating" homosexuality is very much a modern Western idea which has only really sprung about in the last century or so. Ironic really: the age of consent in modern day Greece is not equalised. We've grown to be less tolerant and more judgmental as a society in terms of what can't be controlled by the individual person discriminated against.

I don't think it's right but it's ok... kinda complicated lol. I'm not a homophobe, I have gay friends and stuff like that, but I find homosexuality... odd I guess. In the end you are who you are though...
