I don't do gymnastics as a sport or anything. I kind of do it on my own for fun and to show off to my friends. I'm pretty good at walking on my hands. I can do this type of suicide dive, tuck, and roll thing, I can juggle, and I'm working on a back hand spring. What I want to know is the name to this one gymnastic trick which i will explain in a new paragraph. Could anyone please tell me what this is called so i can look it up on youtube to learn how to do it?

What it is, it is usually a guy trick and is usually a guy gets up on the horse kind of shaped rectangular platform that has two handles that raise about 8 inches up. He gets on it and swings around in a circular motion around this platform going around his arms picking up his hand and swinging around. when he gets up to speed he can make it turn into like a windmill type motion that break dancers do on the ground that is like.....siczor kicking his feet around in circles.

I know this might not be a really good description or explanation but I really wanna learn to do this b/c it can be done on the ground and i'm practicing it without knowing the name so i cannot look up on the internet the name so i can get tips. Thanks!!! please name it if you can.

It's called the Pommel Horse. The exercise is called flairs, or leg flairs.

I remember pommel horse. Good times. I use to hold on the bars and do circles around it, I think my record was like 33 or something.
