I don't think that's overweight for your height. I think that's fairly healthy. I wouldn't starve yourself. I really don't want you to go down that path. If you feel that you need to lose weight, exercise, but don't starve yourself, that isn't healthy at all.

Starving yourself is not healthy. Neither physically or mentally. It will only cause you to have rapid weight loss for a few days, and then you won't be able to loose anymore. You'll stay at that weight getting more and more frustrated at yourself. It's not nice, believe me.
If you think you are overweight, try having a healthy diet. Instead of eating less, eat differently and excercise more.
Look around at other people, and notice what they are eating. If you don't eat more than them, then you can always know they aren't judging you :)

you will loose so much in your life, and weirdly that don't include that much weight.
You gotta look beyond the surface of image and see what it effects. Because my eating disorder has affected everything :( <3 xxxxxxxxx

I used to have an eating disorder. It didnt send me anywhere apart from a psych ward. It isnt worth binge eating and not eating and whatever else there is, it doesnt make you loose weight, only your dignity. When I had my eating disorder (ED) I became obsessive over it, I watched everything I ate and if I ate it wrong I would throw it back up (I was extreamly obsessive). Its not worth it. Eating disorder ... pshh, I wish I would turn back time.
If you want to loose weight, do it the healthy way. Exersice.
