Haha, I cant go a whole week without wanking! Its not surprising though, your semen probably has a higher sperm content if you've been saving up for a week and that will be what makes it thicker.

Actually I've kind of noticed the opposite. The longer I go without masturbating, my cum actually seems thinner/more watery. I definitely cum more then volume then normal, but it's not thicker. It could be because I drink ALOT of water. I drink it constantly, so I really well hydrated. Maybe? Cheers:)

I find there is more of it and it is thicker if it has been longer since the last time I ejaculated. I also find there is more and it is thinner if I spend a long time between getting aroused and finally cumming.

Volume and viscosity increases up to a limited peak over time, but I agree with Nick, I could only go a week if somebody tied my hands up and even then I'm not sure about day 5
