Anyone else ever think about hurting/killing people?

I scare myself sometimes. The feelings are really strong whenever someone makes me mad. Even if the person I want to take it out on is innocent. However, sometimes I just get the feeling/urge/thought to break someone neck or stab them or even sometimes hurt/kill myself. I never act on these impulses of course, but they are still there. Anyone else like this?

I've had these thoughts for a couple years now, they never seem to go away forever. I have thoughts like this a lot, sometimes even a few times a day.

I've had a couple thoughts like you, but I realize I'm going to get caught and get into trouble for it. Also I often think about me getting killed by someone else. I hope this helps.

Every once in a while I get violent urges and imagery. I can understand that. I never act on them either.
