What is considered a big girth for a 13 year old?

There are no statistics available to say what would be average for 13 year olds, but the normal girth range for adults is from 4" - 6". If you already have 4" at 13 you are doing well and that's not small at all.

Its worth remembering that girth growth normally comes later in puberty than length growth so it wouldnt be at all surprising if you are not yet hitting that adult size range.

That would be average for an adult. Do you think that you are far into puberty or just starting. girth tends to come towards the end of puberty.

This is off subject, but 5.25" is already within the normal adult size range so its possible you could be done. However, you are only 13, it would be very unusual to be done with penis growth at that age.
