Deep Promise and thanks

i made a deal to myself that i wont cut deep
i seen scary images of people who did it deep and i dont want to go there
Although i still do cut shallow i know it is STILL self harm and i need to stop,
i am trying really hard to stop and help you guys do the same

On another note i dont say this often but thank you all VTers you help me and alot of other people daily

I think that it's awesome that you made that kind of promise to yourself. That's exactly what I did. Although I'm more of a scrather then I cutter, I know that it's the same kind of self harm. The fact that your trying shows alot itself. It shows your strong; and you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind too.

I think thats its a really good promise to yourself, and its a good start to stopping (if that makes sense)
And cutting shallower is better than cutting deep though, so this is a good start.
