This does sound a bit concerning, try talking to her about why she thinks shes ugly and why shes worrying about her weight. I think it might also be a good idea to talk to your mum about it.

ow wow thats horrible no 11 yo should be worrying about that stuff tell her that if she doesn't eat no one will call her ugly after she dies of starvation, JK no don't say that just look up the health risks of anorexia and show them to her. That should make her want to eat.

As Aaron said, tell your mum. It's the best thing you can do. It will start small but it will develop into a much bigger problem if she doesn't get help now. Try to keep her trust though, it will help her a lot if she can continue talking to you about it.
