Do i have ADD?

I'm never modivated. i just sit in class and write notes, text message, look out the window. i just can't concetrate on the teacher. I just feel like i could be doing better things. I can never do anything, unless it's absolutely last minute. i will be in class and then next day she'll (my teacher) ask us questions about the day b4, and i have NO idea what she is talking about. i heard none of that. i have to try REALLY hard to get everything down. but if i actually try to pay attention i can. i dunno, and like in math and spanish i'm always the last person to finish thier tests. but in science i'm one of the first. it's just crazy. Should i get tested?

I have adhd but it doesn't seem like it i'm mostly quiet

if u had it like me, u couldnt concentrate at all. or it would be very dificult. and you would have a hard time being organized wich i am always being nagged on for.....

i have add but about 80% of the time i pay attention but once in a while i space WAY OUT and the teacher says now writes down what you think about that poem and i didnt even hear the poem but i get straight A's and usually organized but once in a while i get sloppy

Sometimes the side effects of a medication are a lot scarrier then the actual problem.

I can sympathize with you, I'm always spacing out during class, because I to have "ADHD", even though it doesn't exist. What normally helps me though is I lounge around in my chair, where it's easier to not only talk to someone near me, but also keep my head situated on the teacher. I keep one ear open for the friend, other the teacher. If I have any question I simply raise my hand and get the answer, store it in my head, and go back to talking. Don't let them put you on a pill kid.
