I have scoliosis and my doctor gave me this thing I have to wear to the entire day: to school, to the city, everywhere!
it looks kinda like this

It goes right from the bottom of my bra to the beginning of my hip bone, and it has a pretty noticeable vertical line in the middle. It stands out like a stair and is about 0,5 inch. It shows through all kinds of tight clothing, and wearing an undershirt is not helping at all. I don't want to wear big sweaters all the time, and I don't know what am I going to do in summer.

An ideas?

Well summer isn't for quite awhile. How long do you have to wear it? I'm pretty sure that if you wear a jacket, and a heavy shirt over it, you'll do ok.

I'm not quite sure, but it can up to few years...

A girl at my school wears one as well, but her's is kind of like plastic. She just wears normal clothes, she doesn't try to hide it.

You could try wearing bigger clothes, or just tell people if they ask. "I have scoliosis, it's helping that." or whatever. It's not a big deal. :) It's like someone wearing a cast on their arm or something.

Can't you wear looser clothing? I don't know how that could show thorugh, but that might be 'cause I'm a guy and none of my shirts are form fitting.

Not huge or anything, but you know what i mean

Yeah, just wear a little looser clothing instead of something skin tight. Try different layers you know, tanktop, then little looser shirt, and a zip up jacket? You probably wouldn't really be able to tell then, I don't think. And like Autumn said, if someone asks. Just tell them straight up why you wear one. They'll probably understand that you can't help it.
