So I had made it more than 2 weeks without cutting and today I fucked up. I am so disappointed in myself =\. My life is going to get so much worse now. I should not have done it. I made it so far mainly because my mum started to suspect that I cut. I threw my blades out, got all the evidence out of the way and just... acted like i've never cut before. But I failed. Now my arm has lots of cuts and I feel so weak. The worst part is that I don't even know why I did it. I just took a knife and started making a lot of little tiny cuts around my arm. I can't keep up anymore. I'm tired of trying to quit. It's getting too hard... 2 weeks were like a year without cutting to me =\

It's alright. Don't think that you failed yourself. We have times where we end up going back. I know 2 weeks seemed like a long time, but now it's time to start over, and this time, your not going back.
You threw the blades away, I'm happy for you, maybe the cuts will remind you of not going back. We are all here for you. Remember, you can post in the non self harm calender, if you like.

You didn't fail. Remember that. Keep going, you can do this. I know it can be hard not to cut, but keep going, keep trying. Find a reason to keep going. Cutting does not equal failure, never think that. Click on the announcement at the top of the forum, it has a list of things to do instead of cutting. And if you're struggling, all of us are always here to talk and help you out.

Its ok to slip up, its all part of the recovery process. Try and take your mind off it, watch a film or tv show, something funny and happy. You might not be in the mood for it but it keeps you busy. Or if you really cant fight the urge maybe try ice cubes against your skin, or snapping a band against your wirst, even drawing in red penon your body where you wanna cut. :whoops:

Everyone slips up from time to time, try not to let it get you down.
Like Nat suggested try doing something that takes your mind off it, it doesnt matter what it is.
There are quite a few good suggstions already and on this site.
Hope this helps, and good luck
