she just told me she cuts sometimes..and i was wondering if you guys could help me talk to her about it. also help give me ideas to tell her to get her urges out with out her having to cut..so if u could help me out it would be very nice. Thank you.

Just be there for her, tell her to call you or come see you.
Don't act like like a know it all or say "why would you do that" oh and don't make deals like i'll quit (something you love) if you stop cutting.

Just be there for her and make sure you are considerate and willing to help her with her problems. Encourage her to stop and talk your problems through with her. You can offer advice for her to stop and point out the downside to what she is doing.

Be as supportive as you can - and don't walk away as you sound like a true friend - and you need to help as much as you can. Just be there for her, as much as you can.

Like the others have said just make sure that you are there for her and support her.
And let her know that she can come and talk to you.

Support her. Even if she says, "You don't understand." "You don't know how it feels." Just tell her that you do. Be a good friend, understand that she's very depressed, and tell her you're willing to help her through her problem.
