ok i started feeling fat in 6th grade, so i started only eating dinner right? well since then my belly fat and body fat has increased. i eat huge ammounts of food AND i get hungry or feel hungry like 1 hour later! why do i eat so much when i wanna be thin?! i exersize (a little) i eat three or two meals a day why do i always feel hungry?! UHGGGGGG! i need help

well the problem with eating only one meal a day is that it wrecks your matablism and your body grips onto the fat and nutrients that you just ate in that one meal.

I talk from experience that it will be healthier and SAFER if you do a balanced diet. This will also ovoid binging which can make you gain.

You have a couple of options. Eating three meals (or even four) that are smaller, with more frequent low-calorie snacks throughout the day, or just three larger meals and maybe one or two snacks.

Eating frequently is something you can work around. You just want to be eating foods that are high in fiber and protein, low in fat and carbs, which will help you lose weight and will also fill you up more than foods with the opposite. For example, lean meats like chicken, foods that emphasize whole grain like wheat pastas and some cereals, and fruits like apples are very filling while being completely good for you.

Also having a consistent excersize schedule, even if it's just a thirty-minute walk around the neighbourhood every day, can help incredibly.

my mom bought popyes and i didnt feel hungry so i took a little chicken rice and potatoes in quarter sized amounts and ate a grapfruit. usually that would be a snack

You're not really fat so don't worry too much, you can exercise more and eat low fat food if you want to lose weight, but don't limit the amount you eat.
