Soft Size?

Why do some guys have a "full" thick penis when they are soft while other guys shrivel up into nothingness? My dick is always long and full when soft, even when its cold, and I'm often concerned that other guys might think I'm walking around with a semi-boner.

Its just how it is. Some guys are classified as "Growers", meaning their penis grows a lot from small when flacid to big when erect, whereas other guys are "Showers", meaning their flacid size isnt much different to their erect size. Sounds like you are a shower. Both ways are completely normal.
