okay ive been a little over weight my whole life and have always been teased about it so i decided to do something about.... now i dont like to eat, ill eat as little as possible, and i will try to starve myself.everyone tells me that im fine but i disagree, i think i look like im 50 pounds over weight....
now im 15 and i weigh 170 pounds and my height is 5 feet and 7 inches....
i want to get to the 140 pounds mark how can i do that so i dont eat a lot of food?
PLEASE HELP ME!!! :what:

You can eat a truckload of food and it wont matter - as long as it is healthy and benifitial. As you are 15 - starving yourself will create a large number of problems that will be hurtfull to your health in the long run. Insted of not eating or eating little - try to eat fruit/veges slowly to start off with. I cannot stress enough how important it is to eat at your age - your body needs food to grow. (Just like a car with petrol/gas/fuel, if it dosent have it it cannot operate). If you dont eat you will feel further depressed and down - this is because you will have no energy to operate on. Try to limit snaking and if you do get a little hungry between big meals - have a apple or somthing like that.
Always remember not eating will cause problems, bigger then eating. Dont worry about being teased; You are Who You Are. Why should anyone else care, ignore and be strong to overcome whatever petty things they decide to say.
If you want to be healthy; eat and keep active - even if it means doing PE/Sport/Gym at school, or even going for walks with your freinds. It will really help you and your lifestyle. The right combination to the 2 will really help.
Remeber food is an essential to life, even if you start of with small, healthy meals - it does alot more good then none at all.

babe...an fricking eating disorder will never help you get the body you want.
I would starve my self and loose pounds by the day, but as soon as i broke and binged i would gain it back.
Do something healthy if you wanna loose weight.
And the mirror image is just hormones and self confidence. Work on that... and the image will slowly go back to what's real <3 xxxxxxxxxxxx

As Katie said, it's so much better to try and loose weight a healthy way. If you loose weight in a healthy way you have a lot less chance of regaining it.

@ fiction: i do want a healthy way but i dont want it to be like a four to six eating time cause i caint do that in school....

Nothing is to difficult - think of it as a challenge. Eating healthy and keeping active is the only way to loose weight, so it wont be regained and will be helpful to the human body. Trust me by starving yourself it will create many many many problems in the future - both physical and emotional.

You just need to find the right exercise plan. Because what you're doing right now, is only hurting yourself.
