4 months 3 weeks and i fucking caved! i feel like crap right now. i used my finger nail and scratched myself hard enough that my friends phone number that was written on my arm in blue ink faded quite drastically.

4 months and 3 weeks. That's amazing. That's a really big acheivement. So what, you slipped up? It's to be expected really. It doesn't make you a failure. You only fail if you give up because of this one tiny slip up. So keep going, you've got us all behind you :) Good luck.

Really sorry to hear what happened, but dont let it get you down, nearly 5 months is amazing.
You can do it again though, dont let little slip ups like this set you back, you've proved to yourself that you can do it once, you can do it again.

everyone slips up. You've been nearly 5 months already, and that should prove to you that you can do this. You can get to that 5 months again, and you can go further. You might think you can't, but I'm telling you, everyone can.

im now getting professional help, and im very happy about it. im also doing the snowflake relief project thing. my first snow flake is officially going up at 5:00 tonight
