Well i got a virus that crashed half of my computer than ran allot of anti viruses and it turned out to be like 660 infected files! and i deleted some and some of them cant be deleted,...other words my comp barely works, and im having xp,i spent like 3,4 days fixing it but not much luck and i just cant do it anymore so i want to delete my system and install windows 7,so what file or folder should i delete? When my mom finds out that comp doesn't work she will call the service guy and the first thing he will do is that he will try to repair the comp,if that doesn't work he will install the system again and then i will say that he installs windows 7...i was thinking of deleting boot.ini but it seems to easy to fix...so what should i delete?Maybe c:/windows and system32?
btw. i did ask my mom few times to let me have windows 7 but she always says why,it is just money spending and stuff like that, but if comp doesn't work she always pays as much as it costs so...
Main thing:i need to delete my system,so that the service guy doesn't repair it,but has to install the system again.

To get Windows 7 legally, you're going to have to buy it, there is no way around that. Whatever you do to your computer, make sure all the stuff you want to keep is backed up, because all that customer service is going to do is reinstall XP.
Honestly, to get rid of everything and start over, either restore it to factory settings, or buy and install Windows 7. Either way, you're going to loose everything you have if it isn't backed up.

I already did back up all important stuff (like save games, internet history and all that...),and that guy has legal windows 7 so thats the least of my problems...the problem is how to delete my os.

If you're sure that he's going to install Windows 7 for you, then yes, deleting system32 will definitely wreck XP. Unless you personally know the guy, they aren't going to install Windows 7 for you, unless you strictly ask them and pay them specifically for that. I know you said that you're sure he will, but I just want to make sure that you know what I mean.
You can also download DBAN (http://www.dban.org/), burn it to CD, put it in your computer, restart it, then follow the instructions, and it will completely erase everything off your computer, including the OS and any other files. It just takes quite a long time.
